60g de beurre fondu
Crème au chocolat
700ml de lait froid
2 grandes càs de maïzena 60g
1gcàs de cacao amer
un paquet de poudre de flan arôme chocolat 2,5g
2 càs de sucre
Crème au caramel
80g de sucre semoule
1grande càs de maïzena 30g
300ml de lait froid
